The story begins with a marble sphere in the Colorado Yule Marble Quarry, with the patience of making, and with the question of where an object belongs. Cache Cache became a way to carry that question into hospitality: into architecture, forest, bedrock, and the small rituals of staying somewhere with care. Ledge Line turns attention downward, toward what was already present. Monolith Slumber turns attention outward, toward return. Cache Cache isn’t built around spectacle. It is built around noticing.
